Land Lovers Science Summer Session

This program, tailored for children ages 6-9, allows young ecologists to unearth the secret science of the outdoors. Daily themes from insects to flowers to wildlife will inspire fun crafts, games, and hands-on activities to enhance each day's discoveries. $170.00 for non-members; $150.00 for members.
Fresh Takes Natural Art Summer Session

This program, tailored for children ages 6-9, focuses on the art making process as inspired by the natural world. Artists explore a variety of traditional and lesser known methods like drawing and painting, printmaking, mixed media, light power tools and more in an outdoor setting. Open to all levels of experience with an enthusiasm for art. $170.00 for non-members; $150.00 for members.
Time Travelers Summer Session

This program, tailored for children ages 6-9, encourages campers to get hands-on with history! Decade detectives blast through the past to investigate history as it relates to them. Games, artifact discoveries, and behind the scenes explorations bring the past to life over five fun-filled "yester"days. $170.00 for non-members; $150.00 for members.
Old Westbury Gardens
Old Westbury Gardens, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the former home of John S. Phipps, his wife, Margarita Grace Phipps and their four children. Completed in 1906 by the English designer, George A. Crawley, the magnificent Charles II-style mansion is nestled amid 200 acres of formal gardens, landscaped grounds, woodlands, ponds and lakes. Westbury House is furnished with fine English antiques and decorative arts from the more than fifty years of the family's residence. |
