School's Out Open Studio Special at Pinot's Palette 2017 at Pinot's Palette in Bay Shore, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Unlike our traditional step-by-step instructor-led art class with an art instructor on stage. Open Studio time is designed to give you more flexibility and freedom. This is your chance to decide what you'd like to paint.
You have 3 options to choose from during open studio hours (each option includes all the supplies you need to complete a 16 x 20 canvas painting within a 2-hour time slot):
Option 1 Self-Guided Instructions
Select from numerous paint designs and then with the help of an instructor (and self-guided instructions) complete your painting within any 2-hour time slot 12:00PM-3:00PM. Last seating at 1:00PM for 3:00PM completion.
Option 2 Point and Paint
Find something on our walls and do your best to copy it with help from an art instructor (all materials and 16 x 20 canvas provided but no guided paint instructions).
Option 3 Be the Artist
We'll provide everything you need for a fun day out: The brushes, the paints, apron, music and your own bartender then sit down with some music and start to paint from your own imagination. Have an idea in your head? This is the time to paint it into reality.
The bar is always open during all open studio times. Alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available but not included in your seat price. Wine also available by the bottle for a fun day out with friends. Kids, ages 8 and up, are also welcome to come paint during any open studio hours.
You may also choose any of the above options, but with a one hour time slot (includes mini 8 x 10 canvas instead at only $20.00 per painter). Pay at bar for this option--great for little ones with short attention spans! Last seating at 2:00PM for a one-hour open studio session. See you soon. Pre-registration is suggested. |
