This quaint village still retains its old world charm and still has many historic homes. History comes alive in the shops and other attractions.
After a day of sightseeing, biking, golfing, fishing, antiquing or wine tasting, why not relax on the front porch where you can sit and enjoy some treats from the local bakery or a gelato from the latte bar across the street. While at the Victorian Lady Bed and Breakfast you will find yourself in one of the most ideal locations in the village of Greenport, just one block from the seaport, antique shops, restaurants, carousel, and art galleries. There are also a wonderful variety of restaurants close to the Inn. We will be happy to recommend our favorites and assist in making reservations. The Greenport Ice Rink is now open for the winter and now is the perfect time to visit the wineries to avoid the summer crowds. The Long Island Rail Road, the ferry to Shelter Island and the Hamptons are within walking distance of The Victorian Lady B&B. |
