The Elizabeth Taylor Story Musical Theater 201 at The Ward Melville Heritage Organization Educational and Cultural Center in Stony Brook, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Our popular musical theater and high tea luncheon series is back with a tribute to glamorous Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor. In this St. George Production, it's 1963 and Bossa Nova singer Edye Gorme, who is headlining the Spring Spectacular, has brought Miss Elizabeth Taylor for a visit with Rosie! Her very public personal life is bound to be the topic of conversation during the afternoon. A light lunch of finger sandwiches and desserts is also served.
Her very public personal life will most certainly be the topic
of conversation. Liz's early years as a child actress working
under the iron hand of the dictatorial Louis B. Mayer, her
life-threatening illnesses and, naturally, her much discussed multiple husbands and divorces. This program promises to be one you will not want to miss! Join us when Eydie Gorme and Rosie welcome one of America's greatest screen legends, Elizabeth Taylor.
Performances will be on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and select Fridays at 11:30AM and on Sundays at 12:30PM. Advance reservations for the show are required and cost $48.00; seniors 60 and over are $45.00. Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a reduced rate. Sponsored by Roosevelt Investments. Catered by Crazy Beans Restaurant. |
