Everyone welcome, Yoga Workshop by Grace Welch, Certified Yoga Teacher since 1997. Support a good cause, networking, free give-aways. Proceeds go to sponsoring a youth delegate to represent our chapter at National NOW's Conference in Washington DC in June as part of NOW's Young Feminist Initiative.
Grace Welch
Master Yogi
Grace Welch is a certified yoga teacher, with ongoing beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in Islandia, Long Island and Manhattan, New York. She conducts yoga instruction in the Italian language by appointment. She has studied and practiced yoga for 30 years and is a member of the Long Island Yoga Association and the New York Yoga Teachers Association. She is featured in the video "Golden Yoga" (White Lion Press), and has produced a relaxation cassette and an audio CD of her yoga class. Grace is an Oxford HealthCare Provider. Sivananda Certified. On-going group and private classes, corporate yoga. Cardiac Yoga(R) qualified. Yoga for recovery. Yoga class in Italian by appointment. Beginners welcome. |
