Family Yoga is a wonderful way to bring the whole family together. We will learn and practice fun yoga poses to build strength, increase flexibility and relax the body and mind. This class incorporates individual and partner poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques into a dynamic and playful experience that you can enjoy together. Develop lifelong skills that you can practice together as a family while deepening the entire family's connection. Please email after you register, so we have a count of how many children will be attending.
