Join Vibe Higher by Y7 Studio and Gurney's Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa for a high vibe weekend at the beach, designed to help you level up your life. We'll combine Y7's beat bumpin' yoga flows with guided sessions to help you work through areas of life that tends to keep us stuck in old habits and energy. You will leave the weekend feeling energized and refreshed.
Step out of the studio for a weekend of movement and mindfulness at the breathtaking waterfront property. Think of this Montauk weekend as more of an arrival, less of a retreat, because when we take time to slow down, we truly arrive at our most authentic self. Retreat includes a two-night stay in an Ocean View room, inclusive of all meals in itinerary above, access to spa amenities and all retreat classes. Additional spa treatments can be booked ahead of time.

Vibe Higher is an 8-week coaching program designed to help you seriously level-up your life. Eat better, sleep more restoratively, have deeper relationships and more self-confidence. During each session, we'll work through an area of life that tends to keep us stuck in old habits and energy. Through yoga practice, journaling, group sharing and exercises created to help you discover your deepest truths, you will walk away with a brand new outlook on your future and the tools you need to live up to your highest potential. The only prerequisites are a belief in your ability to thrive and an open mind.
