About St. William the Abbot Church
Whatever your skill level in music, we encourage you to browse the various groups and please consider joining our ministry, sharing the talents that God gave you for his greater glory.
Music and song are very powerful elements in our lives. They drive us to respond emotionally to many situations and help set the tone for our minds and hearts to respond accordingly to what is being presented to us. St. Augustine is often credited with having said, "He who sings, prays twice". Singing at our liturgies many times helps us fee the sense that while this is a celebration, we should also be drawn into the state of grace that comes from sharing in the Eucharist with our community. |
