Preserving The Harvest Marmalade Jam Jelly Workshop at Hallockville Museum Farm in Riverhead, Long Island, New York.
Beat the winter doldrums and evoke warmer climes in the second class in the series presented by A Taste of the North Fork and Hallockville. Learn the differences between marmalades, jams and jellies, while making your own sampling including classic orange and grapefruit-ginger in this hands-on workshop. Participants will enjoy samples and take home two jars of their own.
