23rd Annual Holiday House Tour 2016 Holiday Event Islip Hamlet at Nook and Cranny in Islip, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Tour several historically and architecturally interesting homes in Islip Hamlet. The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet will be hosting its 23rd annual Holiday House Tour on Sunday, December 4, 2016 (rain, shine, snow) 12:00PM-5:00PM. Several historically and/or architecturally interesting homes will be decorated for the holidays as tour guides in Victorian dress greet you at each home. The reception, which is held at one of Islip's historic churches, includes live entertainment, refreshments, a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle.
We will, again, be collecting toys for the USMC Toys-for-Tots campaign. Please donate a new, unwrapped toy. All tickets go on sale, starting November 8, 2016 at Nook and Cranny, 469 Main Street, Islip, NY. 631-277-7600 cash or check only; by mail to the Society at P.O. Box 601, Islip, NY 11751; or go to our website to order through Eventbrite, where a limited amount of tickets will be sold on. Ticket donations are $20.00 per adult (16 years of age or older) and are non-refundable. There will be a small processing fee to purchase through Eventbrite. Some tickets will be for sale on the day of the tour; price will be $25/adult and will be sold at Nook and Cranny from 12:00PM-2:30PM.
