About Emanuel Lutheran Church
Emanuel Lutheran Church is located on the south shore of Long Island, New York about 60 miles east of Manhattan. Our congregation has been at the same location in Patchogue for over 100 years. Our centennial celebration was in 2012. Emanuel is a "Main Street" church. It is a part of the Village of Patchogue, across from the post office and other important businesses. It's a part of the hustle and bustle of the community. Emanuel Lutheran School is celebrating its 57th anniversary. It continues to serve member and community families with outstanding Christian education and discipleship development with a program that serves PreK 3-4 year olds up to 8th grade.
Most of all, Emanuel is a faith community and a loving family. Relationships run deep and true, friendships last even when members relocate and fellowship matters. Our ministry efforts are focused on Christian Education, Outreach and Community Care, Developing Technology As A Ministry Tool, Creating A Sustainable Youth Culture, and Biblical Stewardship.
