Candlelight Evenings and Holiday Craft Show at Old Bethpage Village Restoration in Old Bethpage, long Island, New York invited by Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano.
19ty century building lit by candlelight. An 1866 decorated Christmas tree. Civil war era Christmas songs. Stories of Christmas past. Music by lo=cal schools and organizations. Holiday brass quartet and old time fiddle music. Contra dancing on Saturdays and Sundays. Traditional bonfire and hit apple cider.
Rental rates for craft, gift and prepackaged food vendors:
Any one day $75.00
Two days of any one weekend $125.00
All four days $200.00
Prepared food vendor space not available.

All four days $400.00
Vendor set up starts 3:00PM. Come to the main parking lot and turn right into the Service Entrance. Go 500 feet to the Exhibition Center on the left. Your space location will be assiend when you arrive. After unloading your display you will be directed to the nearby Vendor Parking area.
Please bring additional lighting and 20' extension cords because the overall lighting in the Exhibition Hall is not sufficient to highlight your items. Bring a reasonably warm outer garment because the Exhibition Hall can get a bit cold when the doors are opening and closing, particularly at the exit doors. Tables, chairs and electric provided at no additional charge. Each vendor space is approximately 10' x 10'. |
