This is a recovery wellness meeting for anyone who loves someone that is struggling with alcohol or drugs.
Who should attend?
Anyone that loves someone struggling with alcohol or other drugs.
Why?
Because you are not alone. No one taught us how to help a loved one with addiction. Regain your own personal wellness and learn tools to be effective in your loved one's recovery.
What will we be doing?
Each meeting starts with a quick educational lesson, followed by group coaching, goal setting, boundary establishment, role play practice, feedback, helpful assessments and conversations.
We are here to offer empowering action-oriented coaching support.
