A high energy dance fitness done to the latest afro beats music blending series of dances from urban African dances. Elements of traditional west African dance mixed in to give you a fun filled session.
Caribbean Soca and Dancehall at 5:00PM
Soca music coming straight from the west indies carnival parties and festivals. This class will blend Caribbean flavors of dance with the latest Soca and dancehall tunes. Get ready to move that body.
Latin and Social Ballroom Dancing at 5:30PM
(Learn basic steps from popular social and Latin dances such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Swing, Hustle, Waltz and Fox Trot.
