Vendor space is still available at this time. We sell out of most of our shows. Vendors will receive a full refund if their payment is received after we are sold out.
Craft, gift, prepackaged food, public officers, non-profit vendors rental rate
$175.00 total rent for the two-day show
$190.00 total rent for the two-day show when payments are made or postmarked from the Tuesday before the show until the day of the show
$100.00 for any one day if space is available
Service vendors rental rate
$340.00 total rent for the 2-day show
$200.00 for any one day
Production Services
Our hosting partners include Chambers of Commerce, Malls, High Schools, Colleges, Not For Profit Organizations such as Kiwanis and Lions Clubs, Library Foundations, as well as the Nassau County and National Gateway Departments of Parks and Recreation.
Other than providing us with a viable event location, your investment is zero dollars. Our hassle-free turnkey operation includes the following:
- Solicitation of quality vendors
- Onsite management of vendors throughout each event starting when the first vendor arrives, ending when the last vendor leaves
- Ample insurance coverage
- Cleanup during and after each event day
- Security personnel throughout each event
- Portable bathrooms
- Event advertising, promotion and signage
For Shoppers
We provide an enjoyable, unique, fun filled day for families and friends as they shop and browse among our family of friendly, professional vendors who tastefully present quality Handmade and Handpicked items at recognizable savings.
Our affordable rental rates allow our vendors to pass super savings on to shoppers. Our vendors include crafters, artists, unusual gift vendors, service companies, food beverage and not-for-profit organizations. Retail price points range from $5.00-$500.00. All of our vendors offer items consistent with family values.
For Vendors
Unlike many other craft show promoters who charge top dollar rents and attempt to produce shows with smoke and mirrors without spending money to draw a crowd, all of our shows are extensively advertised and promoted. We cannot guarantee that any particular vendor will do well. We can only guarantee that people will know we are having a Craft Show or Street Fair.
Our management team consists of experienced vendors who are ethical, professional, and enthusiastically involved in every aspect of our shows. You will find us respectful, helpful, and extremely easy to work with as we cater to each individual's reasonable needs and wants. We walk the talk when it comes to providing exceptional customer service to everybody we do business with. Our entire crew genuinely enjoys producing shows and working with people.
As many vendors have discovered, our way of doing business is unique in the industry. Each show is designed to maximize vendor convenience and profitability. We usually have a crew to assist physically handicapped vendors with unloading and loading. Whenever possible, all vendor spaces have a three foot separation to the left and right, so that customers may shop on three sides of each booth. |
