Description: |
A Celebration of Old Time Christmas 2014 at Old Bethpage Village Restoration in Nassau County, Long Island, New York.
December 20-21, 2014 5:00PM-9:00PM. A unique opportunity for approximately 25 vendors.
Admission fees are in effect by the Nassau County Department of Parks, Recreation and Museums for access to the entire 270 acre Candlelight Evenings at Old Bethpage Village Restoration.
Vendor Rental Rates
$175.00 total rent for the 2-day show
$100.00 per day for either Saturday or Sunday
All spaces are approximately 10x10 and come with free tables and free electric. Vendors should plan on bringing their own portable plug in or battery powered lighting since some of the areas inside the building are not well lit. Space locations are assigned on a first-come basis under the direction of Show Management.
Vendors may unload, load, park at or very near the building. Vendors may leave their set up in their space overnight. In order to be guaranteed the same location the following day, vendors must leave something in their space overnight. |
