For more than 20 years, the Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center has provided reliable information, created supportive programs and services for families, increased resources for dementia research, and influenced changes in public policy.
Care consultation is a grouping of services to assist the person with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia and/or their families in planning for and dealing with all aspects of the illness experience. Components of Care Consultation include: assessment of needs, assistance with planning and problem solving (which may include the development of an action plan) and provision of support. |
