Vendor Rental Rates
Craft, Gift, Prepackaged Food Vendors Rental Rates
$175.00 total rent for each 2-day Show when paid or postmarked on or before the Monday preceding each 2-day show.
$190.00 total rent for the two-day show when payments are made or postmarked on or after the Tuesday prior to each event up to and including the first day of each 2-day event.
$200.00 for any one day.
Note: Service Vendors who have paid for Saturday April 26,and decide they would like to return on Sunday April 27 may do so for an additional $140.000 providing space is available.
Service Rental Rates
$340.00 total rent for each 2-day show
Sorry, food vendors selling hot and cold food are excluded from the Spring Festival because the Chamber of Commerce has an exclusive Agreement with the Carnival. Food vendors spaces are available on Merrick Avenue for the Merrick Fall Festival and Street Fair.
The Merrick Spring Festival, also known as the 'Kids Fest', is basically produced and promoted by the Merrick Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to raising funds for Merrick student's scholarships.
Although Nassau County Craft Shows does lend a hand in advertising the Event, we are in fact essentially responsible only for providing quality craft and gift vendors for the event.
All aspects of entertainment, rides, games, and other associated themes are primarily the responsibility of the Merrick Chamber of Commerce.
Held exclusively in the Chamber of Commerce and Long Island Railroad's parking lots, the Spring Craft & Gift Show traditionally attracts an average of 5,000-10,000 shoppers and about100 vendors.
There is no selling on Merrick Avenue for the Spring Festival.
The Merrick Street Fair in September features selling on Merrick Avenue for a limited number of vendors.
Early Bird vendor set up begins at 6:00PM Friday night and resumes starting at 7:00AM Saturday and 7:30AM Sunday.
Vendors may leave their set ups overnight Friday and Saturday nights. Space locations are assigned on a first-come basis. Vendors renting from previous year may have reserved space. |
