4 Week Female Self Defense Course January 2017 at Modern Warrior in Lindenhurst, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Ladies, your survival begins and ends with you. Hone your awareness and enhance your spirit. Learn how to win against a bigger, stronger, or even faster attacker. We will teach you how to get out of a hold or grab, how to block a punch or hit and how to hit back, what the best targets are for maximum damage, and even what to do if you end up on the ground. On the last day you'll get the opportunity to use your newly learned skills in full force so you can feel 100% confident that they do work.

Open to all women 16 years and older. Younger students permitted with approval of Modern Warrior (may require participation in a free trial class). While this is a very hands-on course, we invite everyone to take it. Please don't shy away because of a physical limitation, chronic injury, or even because you may need an aid to get around. All our techniques can be modified to work for each individual student (that includes height, size, strength and movement abilities). We teach self defense for the real world and that means it needs to meet the needs of your world.
