Arrive at 10:00AM weather permitting. Meet at the Visitors Center lobby. First we will explore the 1 mile wooded loop nature trail that goes from the Old Orchard Museum to the Eel Creek salt-marsh and the beach at Cold Spring Harbor. Optionsl: After our nature walk, at approximately 11:00AM enjoy a professional 45 minute guided tour of the Sagamore House. Limtied to 14 in group, reserve by pre-paying .

Theodore Roosevelt our 26th president, began to live full-time at Sagamore Hill, an 80 acre estate, in 1887. Sagamore Hill was the home of Theodore Roosevelt, from 1885 until his death in 1919. |
