Mommy and Me
Mommy and Me classes are for yogis ages 16 months - 3 years. We will playfully introduce poses, sing songs, play games, and stretch our minds and bodies together. Children must be strong walkers to enroll. Parents/caregivers must participate in all classes with their child. Classes are 45 minutes long. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not allowed in class.
Kid Stars
Kid Stars classes are for yogis ages 4-8 with a little more experience separating from caregivers and a strong curiosity about the world around them. We will begin to explore new, more challenging poses, building our bodies and brains stronger as we have fun. Kid Stars are drop off classes and are 60 minutes in length. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not allowed in class.
Mini Stars
Mini Stars classes are for yogis ages 3-4 years old, who are just beginning to do things "all by myself". We will work on building strength and focus as well as confidence and self-awareness. Mini Stars are drop off classes and are 45 minutes in length. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not allowed in class.
Yoga Storytime
Yoga Storytime classes are open to yogis age 4-10 years old; a great class for siblings to take together. We will read some of our favorite books, and hear new ones too, as we pop into poses found in each story. Storytime Yoga is a drop off class that is 45 minutes in length. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not allowed in class.
