Family Service League Children's Summer Camp on North Fork Long Island at the North Fork Early Learning Center at Laurel School in Laurel, Long Island, New York.
Program Purpose
To provide a fun-filled summer camp experience for children ages 6-12 years old. This program also offers parents a fun, safe day care opportunity for school-aged children during the summer months. A pre-school camp program is also available for toddlers and preschoolers, ages 18 months through 5 years of age at the North Fork Early Learning Center (on the same campus).
Program Description
North Fork Summer Camp is an eight-week program in which campers will take a journey and explore a new theme every week. Campers will participate in physical education, art, music, dance, science and other activities on-site. Campers will also enjoy weekly field trips to local beaches as well as other places of interest such as the Long Island Science Center, Theatre Three Playhouse, and Wickham's Farm. We also offer in-house programs as well as an end-of-the-summer, camper-created Olympic Challenge. Campers can sign up for all eight weeks or any combination of weeks and days throughout the summer season. The minimal enrollment is two days per week.
