2nd Annual Friends of America's Vet Dogs Fundraiser 2016 at St. Lawrence Parish School in Sayville, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Join supporters of America's VetDogs for a 50/50, raffles and Chinese auction. This special event will be held in the St. Lawrence Parish School on Main Street in Sayville (formerly called Prince of Peace Regional School.) Tickets are $15.00 per person and must be purchased in advance. Each ticket offers 26 bidding tickets with an opportunity to purchase additional sheets for $2.00. The doors will open at 6:00PM. America's VetDogs(R)
Serves The Needs of Disabled Veterans
America's VetDogs(R) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that serves the needs of disabled veterans from all eras who have honorably served our country. VetDogs provides guide dogs for individuals who are blind or have low vision; hearing dogs for those who have lost their hearing later in life; service dogs for those with other physical disabilities; facility dogs as part of the rehabilitation process in military and VA hospitals and PTSD service dogs to help mitigate the effects of PTSD in an effort to provide the emotional and physical support needed.
Our mission is to help those who have served our country honorably live with dignity and independence. All of our services are provided at no cost to veterans and first responders. Our funding comes from the generous contributions of individuals, corporations, foundations, businesses and service and fraternal clubs. |
