Thank you for your patience during this difficult time. We are thrilled to announce a new date and location for our 4th annual Blue Ribbon 5K Run. Please Join Integrated Medical Foundation on Sunday, December 9, 2012, at 9:30AM at Syosset Woodbury Park located at 7800 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury, NY. Your participation will help fight prostate cancer by raising funds for prostate cancer awareness, education and support. Based on the overwhelming success of last year's event this 5K Run is back and better than ever.
On a sunny day last year, over 1,000 participants came together at the scenic Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course. Men at the event took advantage of free Prostate Cancer screenings which were offered. |
