3rd Annual LEGO Building Contest Exhibit 2015 at Ward Melville Heritage Organization Educational and Cultural Center in Stony Brook, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Do you love building with LEGOS(R)? Want to show off your most creative creations? Grab your family, friends, scout troop, church group or school club and start building to win prizes. Teams may be individuals or groups up to 5 members.
The contest will take place from Saturday, September 19 - Sunday, October 18, 2015 at the Educational and Cultural Center in the Stony Brook Village Center. Contestants must submit an entry form by the deadline to reserve a spot.
Creations must be dropped off on Friday, September 18, 2015 9:00AM-5:00PM and will be on display until our Celebration on Sunday, October 18, 2015 where prizes will be awarded and creations will be picked up. All submissions must be original creations. Pre-designed kits or projects found online will not be accepted.
Ward Melville Heritage Organization (WMHO) Educational and Cultural Center

If cultural events are more your thing, visit the Ward Melville Heritage Organization's (WMHO) Educational and Cultural Center (ECC), located in the rear of the village. The ECC features year-round events for adults and children, including performing arts, exhibits, WMHO Youth Corps activities, community events, distance learning and video conferencing programs.
WMHO also hosts a variety of annual events, including Summer Concerts on the Green, an autumn Scarecrow Competition with winners announced at the Halloween Festival, the Promenade of Trees on display throughout the holidays and the Holiday Festival, which features a visit from Santa and the lighting of the 70-foot holiday tree on the Village Green. |
