Greater Long Island Running Club Jonas Chiropractic Run Nassau Race 1 at Nickerson Beach Park in Lido Beach, Nassau County, Long Island, New York. First race in the Run Nassau race series.
Admission Fees
Entire 4-Race series $60.00 postmarked before January 31, 2015 and $65.00 online only February 1-5, 2015 and/or in person February 6-7, 2015.
Commemorative long sleeve Run Nassau T-shirts to all full-series entrants.
Individual races (on-site registration only) $20.00 each race (2/7, 3/8, 3/22). $25.00 race week kick-off run and party (April 25, 2015).
Individual race awards: Plaques to 1st overall male/female open and masters finishers.Medals to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for each race. Age groups range 14U-85+.
Race Bibs: Full-series participants will use same race bib for entire series. $5.00 replacement fee applies for lost bibs.
Series Awards (entire series only): Merchandise prizes for top three open and masters male and female finishers based on all four races.

The Greater Long Island Running Club GLIRC (formerly the Plainview-Old Bethpage Running Club) is Long Island's largest and most active running club, with a membership that spans all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties and beyond.
