Nosey Balloon Science Mr Mouse Puppet Shows by Smithtown Township Arts Council at Mills Pond House Gallery in St James, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Long Island puppeteer Katie Polk believes her puppet art helps people develop their own creativity. She builds all her own puppets, using items she finds on beaches, in thrift stores and anywhere else that may be home to clothespins, buttons.
The Smithtown Township Arts Council is pleased to announce two performances of Mr. Mouse puppet shows featuring Katie's Puppets. All tickets $9.00. Reserve in advance. Performances are at the Mills Pond House, 660 Route 25A, St. James NY (all parking in rear lot off Mills Pond Road, directly across from Flowerfields 199 Mills Pond Road) and are geared especially for young children pre-K to 3rd grade. Nosey Balloon Science with Mr. Mouse is scheduled Saturday, November 8 at 11 am, and 1 pm. Professor Rudolphina is working on a silly balloon science experiment. When the balloons disappear, can Mr. Mouse and the bluenose reindeer find them? |
