Second Saturdays at the Hofstra University Museum - March 2014 Topic: Mask It at the David Filderman Gallery Hofstra University Museum in Hempstead, Long Island, New York.
Look, share and create on the Second Saturday of the month 1:30PM-2:30PM at the Hofstra University Museum. In each session led by museum educators, kids 5-10 and their grown up companions will explore works of art and then engage in a hands-on activity inspired by what they have seen and discussed. Pre-registration required. Strollers not permitted. March's Topic: Mask It. Discover the power of masks as used in Asian Pacific cultures and then create your own mask.
