Description: |
Celebrate the return of the summer concert season with this free outdoor event at Naumburg Bandshell in central park. Aoife O'Donovan joins the Knights to perform her brand new song cycle, America, Come, and virtuoso violinist Gil Shaham features as soloist on Beethoven's Violin Concerto, Op. 61. In addition, The Knights will perform Pulitzer Prize-winning composer George Walker’s gorgeous Lyric for Strings.
Attendance restrictions due to Covid 19 will apply for our seating, and the NYC Parks regulations may change closer to the concert date.
