Bone Frog is the world's only navy seal obstacle course race. Designed to challenge, build and inspire participants to become better athletes, it was created by actual navy seals to help you recognize that any task can be conquered if you put your mind to it. So dig in, get moving and enjoy camaraderie and teamwork like you never have before.
With 50 navy seal-style obstacles on courses ranging 3-9 miles, this event is far more than a run. It tests everyone, leaving nobody unscathed. Obstacles are placed every quarter mile (when venues permit) so running ability alone won't carry the day. You must be functionally fit to succeed here. You will get muddy, battered and exhausted - but you will finish. As former navy seal, we know what "tough" is and so will you after crossing the finish line.
Bone Frog events allow participants to choose their own start times during the registration process. Times begin with our Elite Heats at 8:15 a.m. and run every 15 minutes until Noon. Sign up ASAP as each wave is limited to 150 Bone Frog and early heats fill-up fast.
As former Navy SEALS, the creators of Bone Frog also know what it means to spend time away from home so special provisions are made to include the entire family during these events. You'll find fun activities for all ages, including a Tadpole kid’s course where youngsters can play in the mud and race on scaled-down obstacles throughout the day.
