Reiki I Training: What Reiki is and how it heals. What Reiki can be used for. The history of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals. Introduction to Energy AnatomyAuras and Chakras. The Reiki Attunement and how it works. Guided Meditation to prepare for attunement. Reiki I Attunement. Hands on Practice: Byosen Scanning. Hand positions for self-treatment. Hand positions for treating others. Dry bathing or clearing your energy field (Kenyoku).
Usui Reiki I and II Reiki I and II are the entry levels into the study of Reiki. One or both of these trainings can be taken. They can be taught together as a weekend intensive or you can enroll in just the Reiki I class with the option of taking level II in the future. Attunements are given specific to that level each day. Class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and demonstration and hands on practice. Reiki, the Healing Touch is the required class manual. It is mailed to you when you register for class. |
