Join us for a frightful night in our historic 1912 horse stables, home to possibly a few more haunts then the ones we are providing. Featuring over a dozen themed rooms, from unnerving to the down right terrifying, sure to touch on your every nightmare. The event is created with some of the twisted minds that brought us the Bayville Haunted Fire House. Not for the faint of heart.
The HorseAbility Haunted Hay Barn features over a dozen themed rooms in our historic 1912 horse stables, from unnerving to the down right terrifying.
Home to possibly a few more frights then the ones we provide, it's sure to touch on your every nightmare - not for the faint of heart. Horse Ability's Haunted Hay Barn is an annual fundraising event to benefit Horse Ability, its special needs participants and therapy horses.

Enter at your own risk. Exhibits may be too intense for small children, suggested 10+. Attraction is handicap accessible. The attraction costs $13.00 per person. All funds raised go directly into Horse Ability, 501c3 not-for-profit organization that provides equine facilitated programs to children and adults with special needs.
Horse Ability
Located at SUNY Old Westbury, Horse Ability is a therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, equine facilitated therapy and summer day camp (located in Melville) for individuals with special needs offering a wide range of horse-related programs to children, adults, and families with special needs to promote the physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual well being of its participants.
Horse Ability is proud to be the only Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) Premier PATH accredited centers in Nassau County. This prestigious title is awarded to centers that demonstrate excellence in providing quality, professional equine assisted activities. This voluntary process recognizes PATH centers that have met established industry standards. |
