Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation (LIAF) is pleased to support families and friends throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn and Queens with hands-on programs and services that weekly touch over 530 people directly with client and caregiver support groups, a social model adult day program, cognitive stimulation and socialization programs and in-home respite and over a million people annually through visits to our web site, receipt of our newsletter, conferences, workshops and special events. We are here to answer your questions, provide guidance as you cope with diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, and give you referrals to the services you need, whether medical, legal or other services required.
