The Hamptons Greek Festival July 10-13, 2015 celebrates the best of Greek food, music, dancing and culture. Experience authentic Greek foods and homemade Greek pastries; traditional Greek dancing by the 'Hamptons Hellenic Dancers' and Greek music; an outdoor marketplace full of vendors and area for kids with carnival rides and games and other children's activities and much more.

The festival features traditional pantry staples from Greece, additionally, modern hand-made specialty items, made by local Greek-American food artisans. This Brooklyn born, Greek American has lived in Greece and once led the Greek-American Women's Organization of Greece. Having captured traditional recipes of their ancestors, she and her team have created two world-class Greek pastry shops in NY. Regina loves sharing her Greek Heritage and her love for Mediterranean cuisine. She will be in the Bakaliko on Friday, offering us a taste of some of her signature savory baked goods, paired with cheese and olives. Greek hospitality, at its finest.

With groves of over 100 years old, Anastasios is a third generation producer. (His 80 year old mother is the main producer.) The oil is of the Athenolia olive variety, hand picked and traditionally pressed. He will be joining us on Sunday, conducting an olive oil tasting and selling his Olive Oil. The tradition continues.
