This remarkable event has become a highlight of the pleasure, education and unique environment so proudly represented on the North Fork.
New this year 8 Hands Farm (sheep for wool, meat and cheese); Young Widows Farm for eggs; Long Island Mushroom Farm and enjoy revisiting some of your previous favorites such as Catapano Dairy Farm, Lavender by the Bay, Shinn Estate Vineyards, Koppert Cress and many more.
Enjoy talks and demonstrations by some of the North Fork's finest: including John Ross, one of the North Fork's premier chefs and Andy Lowry who will talk about oyster farming.

About North Fork Reform Synagogue
The Only Reform Congregation on The North Fork
North Fork Reform Synagogue is a small congregation rooted in an expansive interpretation of Jewish practices and culture. Our focus is on building a warm and supportive community that meets the needs of our members.
We have no permanent paid staff, so our the members build strong bonds as we work together to keep our congregation vibrant and provide a wide variety of programs and activities. Our student rabbis from Hebrew Union college give us fresh perspectives as we learn together.
We offer Shabbat services and Hebrew School for children and adults, Torah study, holiday observances, and an erudite newsletter expressing views both controversial and loving, plus a rich menu of activities which involve the greater North Fork community including challah baking lessons, Poetry for Peace (a non-denominational contest for all local children), speakers on issues of local and national concern, a film series, and the North Fork Foodie Tour which provides visitors the opportunity to get behind the scenes and learn about the operations of farmers and food producers who are creating a vibrant local food scene. |
